Grandview Heights is a major draw for families because of its newer school infrastructure. Grandview Heights Secondary opened in 2021 and serves one of the fastest-growing parts of South Surrey. Surrey Schools has also announced a funded 500-seat addition because enrolment has been above capacity, which shows how much family growth this area has seen.
Depending on the exact address, nearby public elementary options may include Morgan Elementary, Pacific Heights Elementary, Rosemary Heights Elementary, Edgewood Elementary, Sunnyside Elementary, and East Kensington Elementary. Surrey Schools’ 2025–2026 Families of Schools groups these elementary schools with Grandview Heights Secondary.
For private school options, families often look at Southridge School, a K–12 independent school in South Surrey, as well as other independent and faith-based schools nearby.
